We understand that, in the increasingly fast paced nature of today’s society, that you may not have the time nor the means to deliver your jewellery items to us in person. Therefore, we are proud to accept diamonds and jewellery pieces for valuation by post. This allows us to provide you with the same high quality of our appraisal services, whilst you go on with your daily routine. We can return your items to your home within a seven working day turnaround.

Some of the more common items that are sent to us via post include:

• Diamond engagement rings and platinum engagement rings.
• Large jewellery pieces.
• Solid gold, silver, or other metals.
• Decorative gemstone and metal items.
• Gemstone extracts and examples.

How do I post my jewellery to your lab?

Whilst we are more than happy to offer this service, we ask all those who would prefer to post their items to us to contact our office first. We ask this so that we can closely monitor when your package arrives to us, minimising the risk of loss. We will also advise on you which type of packaging method will be best suitable to protect the item that you are sending to us. We also suggest that you adequately insure your jewellery prior to posting, including post return.
