Our expert jewellery appraisers can bring our diamond valuation centre directly to your home, or a vault where your pieces are being kept. We can provide you with the same great valuation service that we offer our regular customers who visit our lab. Our jewellery specialists will also be able to clean and polish your item(s), and provide you with a attractive booklet of your valuation, along with a certificate of appraisal.

Home visits

No, we don’t mean that we will put your jewellery on your kitchen weight scales. What we will do is visit you at your home and valuate your most prized possessions. Sounds good?

Bank or vault visits

We specialise in bank and vault valuations. We will arrange with your holder a suitable time to appraise your diamond jewellery, as well as full documentation of the event and an item polish.

Special location visits

Perhaps your priceless heirloom is being held in a place other than your home or vault? Not to worry, we will be able to provide you with a fantastic valuation service on your items.

In cases where the gold or diamond item is either too large or too expensive to insure for postage, a home or vault appraisal will be the best option. Rather than risking loss or damage during transport of your items, we will be able to come to where your cherished pieces are. The appraisal process for home or vault visits are identical to what we offer in our lab. This means that you will receive the same great results for your valuation.

In home wedding or engagement ring valuations

We understand the personal attachment that you have to your wedding or engagement ring. We also understand that this means that being away from the item for a period of time is not an option. We can provide you with an in home diamond engagement ring, allowing you to keep it within your sights. This service is also ideal for wider ring collections, where it would be difficult and cumbersome to transport or post them to our lab.

What is the cost of a home or vault valuation?

Our home or vault appraisal costs have been designed so that they reflect the time spent with both you and your items. This allows us to fairly provide you with the services that you need, and make sure that our quality of valuation is not compromised. We aim to provide you with your booklet of the analysis of your pieces and a certificate of valuation within three working days.
